Wednesday Wish

New year, new wish list.  As a long-time fan, it just seems right and proper that I should kick off the year with a short, lust-filled sigh for Mulberry.  Whilst the Alexa bag is still tops in my book, I was most taken by this Cecily tote.  It also comes in tan and black, but it was the nude shade that took my fancy.  So perfect for Spring/Summer, large enough to carry the kitchen sink (and occasionally I feel like I do) but stylish enough to warrant a second glance as you pass by.  Maybe it’s just me, but there’s something about that Chanel-esque chain handle that immediately elevates a bag to something a little more special.  Combine that with ‘waxy silky snake leather’ (clearly I’m quoting here!), the iconic Mulberry postman’s lock and frankly, it’s mwah, mwah from me!
