When it comes to all things beauty, I’m a true slacker. As hard as I try, I just can’t get interested in eye shadow palettes or the latest lipstick shade. Once I have the basics to slap on my face, then all is well in my world. Hence, my make-up brushes are an absolute disgrace … yet whenever I consider buying new ones invariably I’ll find a scarf or pair of boots that I ‘need’ so much more! However wouldn’t it be lovely to find these under the tree on Christmas morning? Compact enough to throw in your handbag and in a pretty case to keep them safe. The Laura Mercier Deluxe Travel Brush Collection is a gift that I think most women would be very pleased to receive (although between you and me, I've no idea why one would need nine brushes - clearly I'm doing something wrong)
Bling time – well, it is Christmas! For those who may not relish the thought of head to toe sequins, how about this little touch of bling to accessorise your evening wear? It would certainly add a touch of glamour to an outfit and if you are conscious of psoriasis on your hands, this little knuckle-duster would definitely distract the eye!
Finally, if I’m going to indulge all my loves on this post, I may as well sling in a bit of leopard print! As much as I love this print, I know I’d never buy a leopard print boot for myself. I’m a practical gal at heart and I know that whilst looking at them wistfully, I’d end up buying the more useful black or brown. All the more reason to hope someone else will get them for me … and if someone else is paying, then hey! Let’s go the whole hog and wish for some Michael Kors Asbury Calf Hair Ankle Boots.
How's your Wish List shaping up?
